◎ Appearance

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and bright carbonation visible throughout the glass. A dense, white head forms on the pour and holds well, leaving fine lacing as the beer recedes.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by fresh pine and grapefruit citrus, with a pronounced resinous quality that speaks to aggressive dry-hopping. Beneath the hop intensity lies a clean, subtle malt base that provides ballast without demanding attention.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and direct, with immediate hop bitterness layered over a crisp, dry palate. Mid-palate brings grapefruit zest and pine resin, balanced by a light malt sweetness that prevents harshness. The bitterness remains firm and integrated throughout.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and refreshing, with lingering pine and resinous notes that extend cleanly. Bitterness fades to a pleasant astringency without roughness.
