◐ Taste

The palate opens with rounded Malz and bready notes that anchor the flavor. A mild fruity undertone—apple and pear—weaves through the mid-palate without overshadowing the grain foundation. Low bitterness from noble hops provides gentle balance, never assertive, allowing the malty sweetness to linger.
