Palisade Peach

Tap to rate

Ripe, tart, refreshing peach flavor and aroma: a wood-aged golden sour ale refermented on rescued heirloom Glohaven peach puree from Dominguez Canyon, with vanilla added. It was inspired by the late-summer peach lambics of Belgium and the peaches harvested across Colorado's Western Slope each August. A 6.0% limited release.
