◎ Appearance

Drink'in the Sun displays a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a vibrant, crisp presentation. A white, fluffy head forms readily and persists well, indicating proper carbonation and fresh brewing. The beer's luminous appearance perfectly matches its name and suggests a refreshing, sessionable character.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant citrus and tropical fruit aromatics, with prominent grapefruit and orange notes leading the charge. Herbal and resinous hop character provides depth beneath the bright fruit esters, while a clean malt base remains understated and supportive. The aroma is inviting and approachable, with no harsh or astringent qualities.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bright citrus flavors and tropical fruit notes that evolve into a well-balanced hoppy character with moderate bitterness. The mid-palate remains crisp and clean without becoming thin, with the 6.5% ABV providing enough body to support the hop profile. Grapefruit and resinous notes build through the center, creating a harmonious bitter-fruit interplay that's neither overly aggressive nor wimpy.

The finish is pleasantly dry with a lingering resinous bitterness that fades gracefully without overstaying its welcome. A clean, mineral-like aftertaste leaves the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip, making this an excellent choice for extended drinking sessions.
