Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright light transmission. A fine white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is crisp and persistent, visible as a steady stream of small bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—orange zest and lime—backed by tropical fruit notes of mango and passionfruit from the Cascade and Amarillo hops. A subtle herbal undertone emerges beneath, while the malt provides a clean, neutral foundation without sweetness or toasted character.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing with immediate hop character—citrus and stone fruit dominate the mid-palate. The medium body carries the bitterness evenly; at 60 IBU the finish is clean and dry without harshness. Malt presence is restrained, allowing hops to remain the focal point throughout.

◑ Finish

The bitterness fades steadily over several seconds, leaving a crisp, dry aftertaste with lingering citrus and subtle herbal notes. No sweetness or warming alcohol character intrudes.
