The nose leads with warm caramel and toasted malt notes, underpinned by a subtle sweetness that suggests candied breadcrust. Noble hop character emerges in the background—restrained and herbal—while the open fermentation and cold maturation bring a clean, refined quality with no harsh yeast or oxidative notes.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a gentle sweetness and prominent caramel maltiness, building into a smooth, full-bodied mid-palate. A measured bitterness arrives in the second half, balancing the residual sweetness without becoming sharp or aggressive; the overall impression is moreish and well-rounded.
