Grodziskie

Tap to rate

A wonderful smoky aroma and flavor, firm body, clear golden color and spritely carbonation define this low-alcohol wheat beer. Oak-smoked wheat malt from a small Czech malting and rare Polish Nowotomyski hops do the work, with a decoction mash behind them. The Polish style stopped commercial production in the late 20th century; Live Oak brings it back in Texas.
