🌍 Germany · Dortmunder Export · One of 51 Dortmunder Exports in hopIQ

The youngest of the brewery's specialities, named in the brand story after Anselmus, a high-spirited novice of 1435, and meant to be drunk straight from the 0.33 litre longneck. Selected caramel malts and a high original gravity give it a rounded body. Shining gold and brilliantly clear under a stable, fine-pored head, it smells of malt with a hint of green apple, starts lively, keeps a mild hop bitterness in the background and ends softly with a light honey note.
