Mild XXX

Tap to rate

Strong dark mild at 6.5% from the Revival Series of Prize Ales, brewed to an authentic 1880s recipe of the old Kirkstall Brewery Company and hopped with Goldings and Target. A fruitcake-like beer layered with rich malts: coffee cake, dark chocolate and plum on the palate, roasted grain and fudge on the nose. Far stronger than a modern mild; on cask and in cans.
