Summertime presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation. The head forms quickly and retains a delicate lacing on the glass as you drink, characteristic of a well-crafted Kölsch. The overall impression is bright and inviting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with gentle fruity esters and the refined spice of Hallertau and Saaz noble hops. There is a clean, bright character without any yeasty or sulfurous notes, allowing the hop aromatics to remain in the foreground. A subtle sweetness from the Malz rounds out the profile.

◐ Taste

On entry, the palate is crisp and refreshing with a light malty foundation that provides structure without weight. Mid-palate reveals noble hop character with a gentle herbal and floral quality. The bitterness is restrained at 22 IBU, allowing the fruity and hoppy notes to lead the flavor while maintaining excellent drinkability.

The finish is clean and dry with a lingering hop presence that fades gracefully. No astringency or harshness remains, leaving only a pleasant memory of fruit and noble hops.
