◎ Appearance

Golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a dense, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacework. The carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, lending a vibrant, inviting appearance. The body reads medium, neither thin nor heavy.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced toffee and caramel sweetness derived from well-kilned pale and caramel malts. Beneath this, delicate herbal and slightly spicy notes emerge from the Cascade, Mount Hood, and Hallertauer hops, with a faint grassy undertone. No yeast character interferes; the profile remains clean and malt-forward.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and malty, with toffee and bread-crust flavors building immediately on the palate. Mid-palate maintains the malt sweetness while a mild, spicy hop bitterness emerges—restrained and well-mannered at 20 IBU. The finish dries considerably, shedding residual sweetness and leaving a crisp, slightly grassy snap.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste is dry and moderately long, with fading caramel notes and a persistent low-level herbal bitterness. No harshness or metallic character; the beer concludes with composure and clarity.
