Tap to rate

Golden yellow, with a pronounced, powerful hop aroma, a sweetish tone and a honey note, and yet light. This alcohol-free Pilsener starts from 5.5 % original gravity and is made from water, barley malt, hops and hop extract, with carbonation from fermentation. It is the alcohol-free counterpart to Ureich Premium Pils, brewed with the brewery's own pure-culture yeast and water from deep wells.

◐ Taste

The palate opens light and crisp, with the sweetish entry balanced by a moderate bitterness from the 22 IBU hop charge. Mid-palate reveals the honey character again, creating a gentle sweetness that prevents the beer from becoming dry, while maintaining excellent refreshment and a clean, uncluttered finish on the tongue.

Serve at 4–7°C

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.

Pilsner glass

The tall, narrow pilsner glass preserves carbonation and showcases the golden clarity that defines the style.

Drink fresh and cold. Pilsners do not improve with age — within 3 months of packaging is ideal.

What is a Alcohol-Free Pilsner?

Pilsners are crisp golden lagers with 4–5.5% ABV and IBU 25–45. Defined by spicy, floral Saaz hops over a light malt backbone — bright carbonation and a dry bitter finish.
