◐ Taste

The palate is dense and full, with a soft malt base of roasted grain and subtle caramel sweetness. Spice builds across the mid-palate—cinnamon, nutmeg, and white pepper—while the vanilla thread persists quietly. Bitterness is minimal at 15 IBU, allowing the spice and malt complexity to take focus; the finish turns distinctly peppery and warming.
