Lift Off pours a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a crisp white head that maintains good retention. The carbonation is lively and visible, creating an inviting visual presentation that reflects the beer's clean, refreshing character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent citrus and tropical hop notes, featuring bright orange and grapefruit alongside hints of pineapple. A subtle floral character and resinous pine undertones emerge beneath, supported by a clean malt backbone that keeps the profile balanced and inviting.

◐ Taste

The palate delivers an assertive yet well-balanced hoppy character with bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors that immediately establish the beer's identity. Mid-palate brings a moderate bitterness (65 IBU) with crisp, resinous notes and a pleasant grain sweetness that prevents harshness. The medium body supports the flavors without feeling heavy, leading seamlessly into the dry finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably dry and clean, with lingering citrus and pine notes that fade gracefully without any harsh aftertaste. A subtle grain sweetness provides closure, leaving a refreshing impression that invites the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
