◎ Appearance

Golden to pale amber in color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that displays good lacing retention on the glass. The carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, creating a clean, inviting presentation that speaks to careful brewing and conditioning.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered over tropical stone fruit and light pine characteristics from the noble hop bill. Beneath these lies a clean, unobtrusive malt foundation with subtle grain sweetness, allowing the hop character to command attention without any yeast-derived esters or flaws.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with balanced bitterness and immediate citrus intensity, transitioning through a mid-palate that reveals ripe fruit notes and a gentle, supporting malt presence without cloying sweetness. The finish turns dry and crisp, with lingering herbal and citrus bitterness that builds cleanly across the tongue without harshness or astringency.

◑ Finish

A firm, dry finish with moderate length—the hoppy bitterness and citrus character fade gradually into clean grain and a whisper of pine, leaving the palate refreshed and wanting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
