◎ Appearance

Classic City pours a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The beer maintains a thin, white head that settles into a delicate lacing, while the fine carbonation creates a visibly effervescent presentation that speaks to its crisp character.

◌ Aroma

The nose is subtle and inviting, featuring clean malt character with soft bread-like notes and a whisper of grain sweetness. There are virtually no assertive hop aromatics, allowing the pure lager yeast profile and light malt foundation to take center stage in this unpretentious nose.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and refreshing with a light body and smooth mouthfeel. Delicate grain and bread flavors develop through the mid-palate, supported by subtle malty sweetness, while a low 12 IBU bitterness provides gentle balance without dominating. The beer maintains excellent drinkability throughout, never showing any rough edges or off-flavors.

The finish is clean and dry, with the effervescence cutting through any residual sweetness to leave the palate refreshed. A faint malt echo lingers briefly before fading completely, leaving no sticky residue.
