Crazy Donkey IPA displays a bright golden hue with excellent clarity, characteristic of a well-crafted American IPA. The beer presents a dense, white head that demonstrates good retention, while the carbonation appears lively and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant citrus and tropical hop aromatics, with pronounced notes of pine and resinous character. Herbal and floral undertones complement the bright hop profile, creating an inviting and complex aromatic presentation typical of quality American IPAs.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with clean, crisp hop bitterness that builds steadily across the mid-palate, reaching a firm 55 IBU. Citrus and tropical fruit notes integrate seamlessly with the grassy, herbal character, while the malt backbone provides necessary balance without overwhelming the hop-driven profile.

◑ Finish

The finish is distinctly dry with a lingering bitter character that fades gradually, leaving behind pleasant resinous and pine notes. This clean conclusion showcases excellent brewing technique and demonstrates why this is considered Greece's most ambitious craft IPA.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
