◎ Appearance

Cierzo presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a thin white head that settles to a delicate lace. The beer displays fine, persistent carbonation that catches light through the glass. A clean, well-defined pour suggests careful conditioning and balanced carbonation levels.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—layered over pronounced pine resin character. Floral undertones emerge beneath the hop-forward aromatics, with a subtle herbal spice that adds complexity. Light biscuit and pale Malz notes provide a clean, supporting foundation without dominating the profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and bright, with immediate citrus and pine flavors that define the mid-palate. The bittering is firm but not harsh, integrating well with the hop character to create a balanced, dry sensation across the tongue. A light, grainy Malz sweetness provides structure without masking the noble hop expression that drives this beer.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively quick, with lingering citrus and pine notes fading to a dry, slightly astringent aftertaste. No residual sweetness remains—the beer concludes with refreshing clarity and a hop-driven farewell.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
