🌍 Australia · Australian Lager · One of 22 Australian Lagers in hopIQ

Foster's Lager was first brewed in Melbourne in 1888 by the American brothers William and Ralph Foster and is today better known abroad than at home, brewed under licence in several countries. It is an easy-drinking pale lager with a soft, rounded profile: light grain and a distinct vanilla note through the middle, very little hop character and no sharp edge or bitter aftertaste at the close. Pale gold, light-bodied.
