Brockwell IPA presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a visually appealing and inviting pour characteristic of a well-crafted American IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by prominent citrus and tropical fruit notes, with grapefruit zest and hints of passionfruit leading the composition. Floral hop character rounds out the aromatic profile, with a clean, crisp quality that avoids any harsh or grassy undertones typical of lesser examples of the style.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with vibrant hop-driven character, delivering a well-balanced bitterness of 60 IBU that complements rather than overwhelms. Citrus and fruity flavors develop through the mid-palate, with a crisp, refreshing quality that maintains drinkability despite the bold hop expression. The malt backbone remains restrained, allowing the hop profile to remain the clear protagonist.

The finish is clean and relatively dry, with lingering hop bitterness that fades gracefully rather than persist aggressively. A subtle citrus note remains on the aftertaste, encouraging another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
