◎ Appearance

A pale, luminous golden hue with excellent clarity and a white, fine-grained head that settles to a persistent ring around the glass. Carbonation is lively but restrained, typical of a well-conditioned Czech lager. The lacing clings evenly as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, grainy malt—hint of bread crust and subtle sweetness. Noble hops (ŽPC and Harmonie) contribute a delicate spice and herbal undertone, clean and understated. No yeast esters or phenolics; the fermentation profile remains neutral and composed.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and smooth, with a light malty foundation that carries a gentle breadiness through the mid-palate. Bitterness arrives with restraint at 22 IBU—enough for definition without aggression—balanced by the modest sweetness of well-brewed pilsner malt. The finish is crisp and dry.

◑ Finish

A medium-length finish that fades cleanly to a faint malt sweetness and a whisper of noble-hop spice. No harshness or warming; the 4.8% ABV remains unobtrusive.
