Desi Biyar presents a pale straw-golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms with modest initial foam and shows good retention, laying down a delicate lacing pattern that clings to the glass walls. Carbonation is visible and steady, with fine bubbles rising through the clean body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with a pronounced wheat character, bringing soft cereal and breadlike notes to the foreground. Supporting malt sweetness emerges underneath, grassy and clean, with a gentle herbaceous whisper from traditional noble hops. The overall impression is restrained and balanced, inviting rather than assertive.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied for its alcohol weight, with wheat and pale malt providing a slightly sweet foundation and satisfying roundness on the palate. Mild bitterness arrives midway through (22 IBU), enough to frame the flavors without dominating, and fades into a crisp, dry finish. The mouthfeel is silky and refreshing, clean without any harshness.
