A brilliant pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The beer displays vibrant carbonation with a steady stream of tiny bubbles rising through the glass, creating an inviting and effervescent presentation characteristic of well-crafted saisons.

The nose is complex and captivating, leading with bright tropical fruit notes from the Citra dry-hop alongside funky, earthy Brett character from barrel-aging. Subtle herbal and floral undertones weave through the bouquet, complemented by delicate oak influence and a hint of white pepper spice.

◐ Taste

The palate delivers a masterful balance of fruity esters and peppery yeast complexity on the entry, transitioning to a lively mid-palate with layered citrus and herbal notes. The moderate 22 IBU provides gentle bitterness that complements rather than dominates, allowing the Brett character and oak aging to shine through.
