Alfea presents a pale golden hue with a slight haze characteristic of its unfiltered nature. A white, fine-grained head forms readily and displays good retention, leaving delicate lacing on the glass as it settles. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft, inviting visual profile.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with clean citrus notes—a gentle brightness of lemon and grapefruit—layered over a soft, bready malt foundation. Light floral and herbal undertones from noble hops complement without overwhelming, while the unfiltered character adds a subtle grain-forward earthiness. There is no harsh alcohol or acetone presence, only a crisp, inviting cleanliness.

The palate is immediately smooth and sessionable, with a delicate cereal sweetness that grounds the beer's entry. A restrained but perceptible bitterness emerges mid-palate—around 35 IBU—providing structure without aggression, while citrus and light wheat notes weave through. The body remains light and crisp throughout, finishing with a clean, slightly dry character that invites the next sip.
