A very fresh, light Weizen with the typical wheat haze, gentle bitterness and plenty of clove and banana, which the yeast produced during fermentation. Malted wheat and barley and the hops Perle and Spalter Select make up the recipe. The refreshing character comes from fermentation, not from any added flavouring.
