Te Rheum is the brewery's ode to rhubarb, the crimson queen of the garden: a tart wild ale in which fruity acidity plays in harmony with the wild character of the base beer. Just a hint of sweetness balances the intensity of the rhubarb and leaves you wanting another glass. Like the brewery's wild ales in general, the beer matures in barrels for six to nine months.
