A classic Czech lager with a twist: it is brewed only from fresh green hops, added on the very day of the harvest. Žatecký poloraný červeňák runs through the whole boil of the traditional two-mash process, giving a distinct hop aroma, backed by a delicate, unobtrusive bitterness and a higher crispness. Pilsner and Munich malts carry it, brewed at 13 degrees.
