Beers similar to Twigs

Rauchbier·United States·5.5% ABV·One of 36 Rauchbiers in hopIQ·

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Twigs's smoky and toasty character. Toasted bread crust, figs, roasted nuts, knotweed honey and campfire smoke come from a complex grain bill, followed by earthy noble spice and an assertive bitterness from Spalt hops that lingers over a malty finish. Twigs is a smoked Altbier: top-fermented, with a portion of smoked malt in the grist, deep amber under a creamy head. 5.5% ABV.
