Beers similar to Strahov Weizen
A top-fermented, unfiltered wheat beer with 50 percent wheat malt, which makes it pale and cloudy. The ale yeast produces esters and phenols for a wide aroma, from banana and vanilla to citrus and smoky tones. It is low in bitterness, and the brewery points out that top fermentation is the oldest brewing method documented in the Czech lands.
