Sleeman Cream Ale is the flagship beer of Sleeman Breweries and a classic example of the distinctively North American Cream Ale style. At 5% ABV, it pours a clear, pale golden colour with a smooth, medium-bodied character that blends the clean drinkability of a lager with the mild fruity notes of an ale. Bitterness is restrained — in keeping with the Cream Ale style — producing a well-balanced, approachable beer that has been one of Ontario's best-loved ales since the brand's revival in 1988. Brewed under Sapporo Breweries ownership since 2006.
