Dark brown to black with a pale cream head, this dark lager is full-bodied and slightly sweet, with malty, caramel and roasted notes and a cocoa-and-coffee accent. The bitterness is medium and matches the fuller body; the foam can be on the lower side. It matures for 90 to 120 days, unfiltered and unpasteurised like every beer of the Zvíkov family brewery.
