Beers similar to Sour Passion Fruit 12
hopIQ found 10 beers that share Sour Passion Fruit 12's fruity and tropical character. Sharp, tropical passion fruit meets a pronounced lactic sourness for a punchy, fruity profile in both aroma and flavour. It is the brewery's first sour: the wort is soured with lactobacilli in the kettle, boiled again to stop them, fermented with ordinary brewer's yeast and finally infused with passion fruit purée. Galaxy is the hop.
