Beers similar to Flash
Flash is an English IPA, top-fermented, unpasteurised and unfiltered. It smells like a freshly cut lime. The taste is clearly hoppy and drier thanks to a deeper fermentation. The colour is very pale but hazy, like a glossy veil reflecting light. The grist is purely English, Simpsons and Crisp malts, and the recipe is by Martin Palouš.
