An alcohol-free ginger beer that is decently piquant. The gentle taste of the beer, in which a pronounced malt component prevails, is extended by ginger convincingly and without unnecessary fanfare. The result is a light drink with a refreshing character. It is made by shortened fermentation and blending of pale beer only, carrying the strength of the Jizera Mountains, where it was born.
