Floor-malted Czech malt gives this 10° výčepní a fullness of flavour that is unusually pronounced for its class, and Saaz semi-early red hops keep the bitterness soft. A bottom-fermented Czech classic from the revived brewery in Hostomice, brewed by Štěpán Kříž.
