Coffee-like and lightly malty, with caramel notes and a pleasantly medium crispness. Brewed from Czech, Bavarian, caramel and colour malts with well water and Žatec hops, to a recipe of brewer František Bittner. Fermented and lagered cold for at least three weeks in rock cellars, unpasteurised and microfiltered: a dark 10° výčepní, the Czech class of draught beers.
