Brewed to a recipe of brewer František Bittner from well water, barley malt and Žatec semi-early red hops, then fermented and lagered cold in rock cellars for at least three weeks. Unpasteurised and microfiltered, this light 10° Hradební belongs to the Czech výčepní class of draught beers.
