An Irish dry stout with a deep roasted flavour, subtle tones of coffee and chocolate, and nutty and caramel hints from the malt. The malt gives it fullness, nicely balanced by a gentle herbal bitterness and a light earthy aroma. It is brewed with East Kent Goldings hops and Maris Otter malt, and the brewers call it their new dark elegance.
