A dry stout of the Irish type, with Guinness named by the brewery as the reference. Dry coffee notes define it, with roasted barley in the background, and it is easy to drink. Top-fermented at 12° original gravity. Kocour brews it in Varnsdorf, in a former ceramic factory in the far north of Czechia, next to its brewery restaurant.
