hopIQ found 10 beers with the same sour and fruity character as Olan's Tart. A clean, crisp apple sour made with freshly pressed apple juice rather than concentrate or flavouring. The fruit arrives large and tart, close to cider in its sharpness, and the finish is dry. There is no hop aroma to speak of; the fruit and the acidity carry the whole beer. It is the clearest sour of the range and came out of a collaboration with a nearby cider maker. Ranked by flavour match rather than popularity.
