It appears each year from Ash Wednesday, golden yellow, at about 13.6 °P. Soft, honeyed pale malt and fresh bread form the base, with a light wisp of wood smoke and a faintly spicy hop note on top. The body is full, and the smoky note stays in the background through the finish.
