Orange, clove and Chinook hops meet caramel malts in this winter twist on an IPA: the spices go into the maturation and recall warm winter drinks, so the beer gives a warming feeling on raw days and refreshes on milder ones. A Red IPA with orange peel and clove, devised and brewed by sub-brewer Dan on pale ale, Carapils, Carared and barley malt with Saaz Special and Chinook.
