A smoked IPA at 7.5% with a subtle smokiness and fruity notes of citrus and red currant, courtesy of Cascade and Simcoe hops. Rye adds a light spiciness and a fuller body. Smoke, fruit and bitterness are kept in careful balance, which makes the whole thing complex yet still refreshing. In short: lightly smoky, citrus and spicy.
