Alternative is an IPA fermented together with peach juice from Piedmont, where the fruit is a traditional crop; wheat and oats are part of the grist. The nose gives ripe peach, citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is soft and velvety, while the finish turns clean and keeps the character of an IPA, with a fruity note lasting to the end.
