It stands golden yellow with a natural haze under a white head. The aroma is malt-driven and honeyed, with spicy Hallertau hops running alongside. The sweetness of a true bock carries the palate but is reined in by that hop character, and the body stays full without turning heavy. Brewed at 16.5 degrees Plato.
