The nose leads with bright wheat grain and a gentle herbaceous spice from coriander, followed by candied orange peel that adds a subtle citrus sweetness. Soft floral notes and a whisper of banana from the yeast round out the profile without overwhelming. The overall impression is clean and inviting rather than complex.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with crisp, refreshing wheat that carries a delicate sweetness balanced by restrained bitterness from noble hops. Coriander and orange peel weave through the mid-palate with a light, dry finish that avoids any heaviness. A subtle spiced warmth builds gradually without becoming assertive.
