Pale gold with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate lace. Carbonation is gentle and deliberate, lending the beer a composed, almost creamy visual presence rather than aggressive effervescence. The body moves with weight and substance behind the translucent gold hue.

◌ Aroma

The nose announces itself with bold clove and ripe banana — classic Weizenbock signatures amplified by the strain's phenolic intensity. Beneath sits a warm, breadlike Malz character that anchors without overwhelming, with a whisper of alcohol warmth that underscores the beer's 7.2% weight. The yeast-driven profile dominates entirely.

Entry is full and slightly sweet, with a soft malt backbone that carries notes of wheat bread and honey. Mid-palate expands into the clove and banana in concert, never sharp or thin — the body remains creamy and substantial. Bitterness is restrained (20 IBU), allowing the malt sweetness and yeast character their platform without drying edge.
