◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality typical of the style. A dense white head forms on the pour with good retention and stable lacing down the glass. Carbonation is crisp and visibly active throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes from the Cascade and Centennial hops, offering orange zest and grapefruit character. Underneath sits a clean, herbaceous pine resin quality with subtle floral undertones. The Malz backbone remains restrained, allowing the hop-forward profile to dominate without becoming harsh.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean with immediate hop-driven bitterness balanced by a pale Malz sweetness. The mid-palate develops layered citrus and resinous pine flavors with a slightly bready malt character that provides structure without heaviness. Bitterness builds steadily through the middle and holds firm through to the finish.

◑ Abgang

Dry finish with lingering resinous bitterness and a fading citrus note. The aftertaste remains crisp and clean without astringency, inviting another sip.
