◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze throughout, lending a soft, diffused appearance. Fine carbonation produces a modest white head that settles into delicate lacing around the glass. The suspended yeast creates a characteristically opaque, cloudy presentation typical of the New England IPA style.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with tropical fruit sweetness—lychee and melon forward—followed by a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel that masks the modest 5% ABV. Citrus and grassy hop character provides balance without dominating; bitterness remains restrained at 22 IBU, allowing the fruit and malt sweetness to take center stage. The overall impression is soft, smooth, and food-friendly.
