◎ Aussehen

The beer presents a pale ochre hue with excellent clarity and a delicate, fine-grained head that dissipates gradually. The carbonation is moderate and persistent, creating a soft, pillowy mouthfeel from the outset. Light refraction through the glass reveals the pale wheat-based grist at the foundation of this style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by fresh, ripe mango—both stone-fruit sweetness and subtle floral overtones that suggest a tropical orchard in bloom. Beneath the prominent fruit, delicate wheat grain and a whisper of lactose creaminess provide a soft backdrop. The aroma is clean and inviting, with no sharp fermentation notes.

◐ Geschmack

Mango arrives immediately on the palate with bright, natural fruit character balanced against a crisp, refreshing tartness that defines the sour profile. The lactose adds a gentle creaminess and subtle sweetness that prevents harshness, while the wheat grain provides texture and subtle body. Bitterness is minimal (9 IBU), allowing the fruit and acid to carry the composition through the mid-palate without astringency.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry, with the tropical fruit and acidity lingering pleasantly without lingering adhesiveness. A light, refreshing quality persists, inviting the next sip.
